FOOD CONSUMPTION
We all love to eat food, and the most common thing. But, we all are taking care of our tongue and one the other hand, we forget what stomach is thinking. Who knows better than stomach that is the food is good or bad for health.
We are just blinding on stomach what is his opinion on food. Body is also a living think, so stomach also. Body also have emotion, so stomach also. So, here is the some information which you should know :
Food consumption is a dietary pattern which can be defined as the quantity, variety or the combination of different foods and beverage in a diet and the frequency of it on which they are temporary/permanently been consumed (or making it as daily habit).

Food is a basis and the most important part of your daily life. Food is a greatest sources of largest intake of energy, from it, to our body. So, we have to take note and maintenance of our food consumption in day-to-day routine.
Most people ignore the importance of food consumption and hence, they will suffer definitely and may permanently. Food gives us nutrients and nutrients gives us energy.

Why there is need of Food consumption
All organs and tissue will works properly only when we gives it a right amount of nutrients. One can say the health of other person by observing the food consumption. Ans also, food is basic necessities of life. It is required by the body for performing several functions in the body. The reasons are illustrated below :

ii.) For providing energy for various activities
iii.) For repair of damaged or worn out parts
iv.) For protection against diseases
v.) For reproduction
Balance Diet (A part of Food Consumption)
Many people don't know the power of "Balance Diet". Consuming unhealthy food, more sugary and fatty food, leads to overweight and fat body, and on the other hand, consuming less food (less intake of fatty food) leads to underweight and thin body.
A Balance Diet is related to one's age, sex, body weight, heath and occupation.
The balanced diet for adult men, women, children, boys and girls as recommended below :
Saturated fats have tendency to accumulate under skin, and also get changed into cholesterol, which is known to cause several disorders like high blood pressure, thickening of walls of arteries (arteriosclerosis) and heart problem.
Unsaturated fats can be converted into saturated fats by the addition of hydrogen, a process called hydrogenation.
Importance of Balance diet
Importance of balance diet means of healthy food. A good balance diet gives you a better mood, improve focus, boost your activity energy level.
We all are listening about to eat healthy food since childhood, but how many of us are truly following it. Almost, everyone already forgotten since childhood only. But let me recall to you, a bad diet (unhealthy intake of food) causes loss of physical activity, loss of physical activity leads to loss of mental health, loss of mental health means loss of focus in work you are doing.
So that's why, if you loss the focus in work, ultimately you loss your hard work and waste of hard work means waste of time we given to it. hence, everything get destroyed completely.

Advantage of good diet

3.) Keeps skin glows brighter
4.) Boost immunity system
5.) Helps in better digestion process
Disadvantage for not following good diet
1.) It may leads to overweight
2.) It may leads to under weight
3.) increase of heart attack (over consuming, fat and cholesterol)
4.) decrease of glowing skin (it can make skin dull)
5.) Decrease in metal health
